My guess is that the time of day would be critical. I'm assuming that scammers will be most active during their daytime (our nighttime), and that they will preferentially make Domme profiles because male subs are relatively easily preyed upon.
I'm a flipping insomniac.. as are a LOT of my dominant female friends.. so maybe the hour has to do with the tendency to do email on sites like this at late hours to try to kill enough braincells to induce sleep? Personally, I rarely check my email here during day hours unless I am expecting an email from someone who I'm either A) interested in playing with or B) who i was having a good convo with prior to bed.
