Chaingang -> Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (5/31/2006 1:01:35 PM)

How many women here experience extreme emotional states during orgasm? How have your partners responded in turn? Have you ever been embarrassed? Had a fight over what it meant? Did the man get all weirded out?

Over the years a few of my partners have occasionally exhibited strong emotional responses to orgasm(s). Admittedly, I can't take full credit because I really think that women enjoy themselves most once they learn to fully let go for themselves - and that's up to them ultimately even if it usually involves high levels of trust in their partner. We help each other out with the great sex part, but the rest they have to do for themselves. And of course, it's not always great sex either, so that can be a setback of a kind.

It's possible that you can intentionally cause a powerful response by stimulating the g-spot, but its by no means a sure thing.

Any feedback on this topic is welcome. I'd prefer to keep it focused on orgasms only and not play activities - that's another thread for another time.

Here's a link to what I am talking about:

I have experienced this on a few occasions, in several different ways.  I have had an emotional connection with someone that was so deep and so strong that when we finally made love I cried.

I have also cried when having an incredibly intense orgasm.  Much like when I laugh hard enough to cry.  Most recently I've had the most hilarious fits of laughter during lovemaking and immediately following orgasm.  Rolling around the bed laughing and cumming with the woman/man you love, WOW!!!

I would have to attribute all of the above, for Me, to the intensity of emotion mixed with the intensity of physical stimulation.

Chaingang,

Sex is often very cathartic, and is sometimes outright spiritual, for me. My orgasms can be intense, lasting several minutes. When they are, most of the time this means tears (which is the cathartic part) and sometimes, when it's spiritual, I have visions and speak in tongues. Yes, it's freaked out a number of male lovers (it doesn't seem to happen with female lovers). I always try to warn my male partners in advance. I get the distinct impression that they think I'm joking or that it can't be nearly as intense as I'm saying. At any rate, when I do find special people who enjoy a spiritual connection, we both enjoy the energy involved as well as each other's reactions.

This catharsis doesn't happen every the time. If I'm just looking for a fun quickie, it usually doesn't happen. It's only when we take our time and really enjoy each other that it surfaces. My current lover appreciates me and my reactions and I appreciate him and his, so it's all good.

Yes.

Surprise, then just being there with me.

 Have you ever been embarrassed?

I guess sometimes a bit at being SO emotional, but nothing serious.

Nope.  It would certainly signify the last time we'd ever have sex.

If it's something you know is likely to happen, it's better to let your sex partner know BEFOREhand so they aren't surprised- kinda like ejaculation.  It's just better to expect it.

Orgasms are powerful things.  But as long as everyone communicates openly, then you can deal with anything.

Im probably in the same league as MasterFireMaam. The only thing I have yet to do is leave my body during it. And I may yet still do so.

NCSilverWolves -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (5/31/2006 2:28:06 PM)

This past Memorial Weekend I finally got to not only meet face to face but scene with a Dom i've been talking to and trying to meet for months. During the first session.... I remember there was laughter.... due to not being able to believe it was finally happening and I was going to be waken any minute now and find it was a dream. But during the 2nd and 3rd sessions....he let it be known I wasn't dreaming and the tears flowed. I'm not sure really why either. And according to him... it happened during each orgasm... not the build up.... nor the after math..... it was during. I loved how he just held me and allowed me to slowly return to a level where I was able to see again and breath right. He made sure I had water and was calmed down in his arms as he just held me. Then off and running he would have me again. [;)]

edited to add....speaking of my tears....... I Miss My Deranged Paddles... lol

Sometimes. Fury. I go into a feral state at times. There is hissing, growling, bodily convulsions, and if he/she doesn't watch it, possible attack. I have no control over this.
No, I haven't been embarassed. I've let my partners know beforehand that I am very feline, and what to expect, so they aren't surprised when it happens.
I have impressed a couple of my partners, who had no idea how powerful a female orgasm can be.

As a side note, my responses to pain and pleasure are about the same thing, so sometimes it is hard for my partner to know which of the two I would be in at the momment.

apb -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (5/31/2006 5:11:39 PM)

I have cried during and after making love.  More recently I find myself laughing before and after ... mostly I think due to the intensity and familiarity of the connection I have.

I also cry during scenes with my MissTress.  This comes from the deep emotional connection I feel to Her and the love and trust W/we share.

genvieve -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (5/31/2006 5:55:29 PM)

Once i was playing with my Dominant and i ended up in tears.  And i mean, i was  a wreck.  i actually ended up safewording...which was very strange because W/we were just fucking.  No BDSM involved.

-smiles-

i was thoroughly embarassed, He was understanding.  Bless His heart, He was all blue that night, and then had to consol me about it.

I'm a laugher. (Can't believe I'm admitting this on a public forum LOL)

I don't recall ever crying, but, I often giggle, or even break out in almost hysterical laughter. And, as you say, g-spot stimulation can trigger all kinds of intense, and indescribable, emotion.

Yes, I've been embarrassed once or twice, but my partners have quite enjoyed it. I guess that's because I wouldn't be with anyone who didn't see laughter as a wonderful thing during sex.

feastie -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (5/31/2006 7:04:58 PM)

I laugh, I cry, I might laugh and then cry, I might cry only...

Just never can tell.

ownedgirlie -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (5/31/2006 7:52:32 PM)

Some of things I have experienced during intense orgasm are too personal to share in a public forum.  But I will say I have journeyed to the inner core of myself and discovered the most amazing things.  Yes, I have become very emotional as a result - scared, angry, overwhelmed with love, overwhelmed with joy - you name it.  I have screamed, laughed, snarled and growled.  No he has not ever freaked out.  He is steady as always, and provides me a path out when it's time.

For me, it is largely dependent on the intensity of the orgasm, but I often giggle or break out laughing if I'm orgasming in a comfortable space where I'm not afraid of being heard.  On an extremely rare occasion, I have teared up with orgasming, but mostly it's laughter/giggles.

It is slightly strange with a new lover, but they usually ask "why the giggle/laugh" and I tell them.  Okay one time the laughter was because of the most premature ejaculation ever (maybe 2 secs), but we both knew why I was uncontrolably laughing than. [8D] M

i pass out. but before i pass out i see colors, (anyone rememeber bubble sex before a movie, kinda like that) but i am told that they can been seen in my eyes as well, i'm not really all there so i have to take their word for it. the everythings all goes black and i stop breathing......not everytime i cum but when he hits certain spot. Daddy has learned how to make me pass out over and over again and i always wake up in a half laugh half cry.

I usually go to subspace, so I don't orgasm, but I'm in a really wonderful floating state.  And I tend to grin like an idiot and make small, happy noises.

The first time I tried anal - when it was finished I had tears rolling down my face that just wouldn't stop.  I wasn't crying, I just had tears falling - it was so odd.  I'd enjoyed the whole experience, but it was as if every stress I'd ever felt let go all at once.

hidemyeyes -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (6/1/2006 2:37:45 AM)

i have a tendency to laugh myself silly, well sillier anyway, after orgasm, sometimes to the point of tears. i'm sure my Domme's housemates think i'm completely insane.

Mistrix -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (6/1/2006 4:38:30 AM)

Actually reading this post, I've come to believe that I am more emotional after intercourse, more loving, more concerned.  I want to cuddled and touched and warmed by my partner.  I do believe that g-spot stimulation can offset some emotional outbursts.  It's a "touchy" spot.

sophia37 -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (6/1/2006 6:44:40 AM)

I dont know if any of you posters will get back to this thread since its been bumped off page one. But I've come back here to thank you.

  The reason is because Ive actually never been with another women in a bedroom. So I dont know what women do emotionally. And I cant get the real picture thru porn. To me porn is acting. So I dont trust that as the true experience.

   I always thought what I did in my passionate moments, was what every other women  was doing. How would I know any different?

   So when I was with a new man,  I was sorta embarrassed when that person seemed suprised by my responses.  To me, this thread makes me feel a zillion times better knowing I really am just like other women. So now Im not embarrassed at all. And I dont have to worry that anyone might look at me funny. So thanks for the insight ladies. Youve made a difference in someones life today!

Chaingang -> RE: Tears, Laughter, What-Have-You...? (6/1/2006 7:07:04 AM)

sophia37:

You can well imagine I didn't post this thread for my own sake - I've never had a female orgasm ever! It's good that you feel more centered now than before, but your own physical or emotional responses to pleasure can never be wrong per se - they just are. I'll give an example in a different category in life: the pleasure of food.

When I eat sushi - say ikura with quail egg - I just go into aesthetic arrest. The taste is so wonderful, so extremely delicious to me I just have to not think for a moment as my brain floods with the experience. All those wonderful tastes and textures floating around on my tongue almost overwhelm me. To me, sushi is a true aphrodisiac. I know...I'm a freak.

But fuck the world, I have my own ways of getting off!

Foodgasms are awesome.  My first one was in Paris with rabbit salad, whipped sweet potatoes and a poached salmon and pears poached in brandy sauce.  OMG.

Not to mention the clothesgasms...
