I really thought they were on some kind of rotating thing, and then I realized they weren't and for two seconds, I believed they had a pact with the devil and were levitating, and then I realized they have a team of mice under them that is making them move like that, which is why they all look like they are being asked to dance at gun point.

That was really cool, though, and I would love to learn to take tiny baby steps at that speed.

The skirts have a petticoat that is very stiff so the skirt is held away from the body and thus you cannot see the legs move. Beyond that, just a great deal of practice moving at the same speed.
