Thank God for boards like this for the ones who read them before they dabble into these escapades, and for all the other media that are here to help us out...if I'd grown up when this stuff was still too taboo to be discussed, I'm sure I would've suffered the same.  Even with a partner that was raised entirely too religiously, there's lessons I've had to teach him about this sorta thing too, just to be safe.

Status: offline 		I think the secret to DP is goooooooooood lube. I'm in love with liquid silk... Better than silicone, and is a cream as opposed to the liquid. I have tried and tried and tried to make the stuff dry up and get sticky, and from what I've found it takes a lot of heat and time.. by which i mean I was rubbing it while sitting in a tanning bed (it was on my hand :P) and it was still slick after 15 minutes. A few hours rubbng on and off while out in the sun will get it tho haha. I don't like KY, but thats just me.. I find it has an odd taste and dries up too quickly. Another one I like is Anal Lube. Yes that's what it's called lol. Nice and thick, doesnt drip anywhere (which I find handy). A fun little tool that works wonders is the lube syringe. Exactly what it sounds like, you squeeze lube into it, insert, and inject said lube. lol does wonders. Thats my opinion anyway.

I totally agree about KY!  My preference is for Atsroglide (I don't think Anal Lube is available in the UK).

Anyone trying anal should bear in mind the old, old saying: "When you think you've put on too much lube, then you've nearly got enough"

Though having said that, I have found that some women seem to produce a natural lubrication there, and I have had a few experiences where no lube at all was necessary - with no discomfort at all for my parter (quite the opposite ).  Does anyone know why this should be, as I have often wondered (afterwards, anyway, when there's nothing else on my mind..)
