It occurred to me as I was browsing the boards the other day that I've been on this site for a long time, but I don't think I ever did an intro here. I browse the boards periodically, but given my limited free time, someone else more brilliant always makes my points before I could get around to posting....so quiet I remain!
In any case...I've been a member of the site for ages, but am really ready for a partner now. I'm 29, divorced (3 years divorced and ready to move on), have a 4 year old munchkin, and am a strong-willed and independent submissive. I just completed my second bachelor's degree, this one for a career change to nursing, so my preference runs to the educated and professional type. No offense to those that aren't, but I need to know a dominant is more capable of taking the lead than me, and if he can barely write a sentence, works at a fast food joint, and can't manage his own life....why would I subject my pretty put-together life to his (lack of) control?
I did have the pleasure of actually meeting a dominant who contacted me here in person this Sunday, which was a very nice experience and FAR less scary than I'd imagined it would be.
I'm hoping to be a bit more involved here from here on out!
