What makes me concerned is the call to privatise jails. Can you imagine what horrendous nightmares could come out of that scenario. Id like to see a lot of people loose their jobs over this... the warden, the medico's the guards, the system as a whole. SO many will boo hoo the guy ..but its all shits n giggles till someone you care for is in the same boat.

What is there to boo hoo? Yes, the guy got a DWI, but no trial after two years? It would be kind of hard to blame the victim in this scenario, try as anyone might.

Oh, I know Lucy. Sometimes it is just so simple, though. This whole case is really astounding, and a plaintiff attorney's wet dream.
