Hi all,
My g/f & I are looking into this lifestyle and there is no much to absorb, i don't know where to start. I am dom, she is sub, we aren't looking for anything hardcore, we just want to have fun & gain pleasure.... we know that... Is there a clinic we can attend? or a workshop maybe? i'm kidding and serious at the same time...[:'(] Where do you find local like minded individuals?? We are the middle/upper class guy & girl next door types.... tips??? anyone???

Welcome.  Read the FAQs at the top of the forum to find groups and munches and events near you.  You could also google BDSM and your state or city.

There are bunch of folks here from or near Towson.

As for munches, the closest munch (read: casual dinner out with other like-minded folks) is about 30-45 minutes from you, and it is mostly for FemDommes and male subs, so that may not work for you.  The scene here in Baltimore is not what it once was, but there are plenty of events in DC and NoVa that may be worth the trip for you.

Black Rose does a number of events, and locally, we do see things here from time to time.  There was a nice playspace in Baltimore (PlayHouse Studios) that probably still hosts parties, and you may also want to check out "Sugar" in Hampden. They often have workshops and tutorials for new folks to kink, in a very casual, non-judgmental environment.
