I have a studio apartment for rent. I could rent it as straight rental or I could rent it with a reduced rent in exchange for domestic services.

Considering you are in California...does it really matter what type of domestic services? I am sure you can answer the question yourself. domestic can be house maintenance, cooking and cleaning or it could domestic services paid in 'nature"

I'm in California, does that mean that I don't know people on Long Island? It's a legitimate question, because there's a big difference between being the building manager and polishing your knob.

I am not the building manager. This is what it is normally called a mother/daughter house. I own the house and I live in the main section. The studio is part of the house but has separate entrance and utilities. Because of this, I can rent the studio as a straight rental and therefore ask for the full rent or I can rent it at a reduced rate with arrangments that would give mutual benefits. If you have specific questions regarding the mutual benefits, write me a message and not a posting here.

I see that a lot of people have looked at my posting for the apartment. Here are some more details, the rent is extremely competitive, maybe even too low. All utilities are included and it is wired for cable, all you need is your account and is located on a residential area.
