I'm getting a lot of mail from sub guys asking me if I use TeamViewer. So I googled it and its some sort of remote access program that lets you control another computer. So what's the deal? Why do all these guys want to know if i have it? What's the point?

I'm at a loss as to what the purpose of the program is kink-wise. Can anybody explain it to me?

Some just like giving that control over as a scene. Most in my experience, though, use it as part of findom scenes.

it's used i think so that fin dommes can log into their money slaves computer and do stuff like use paypal, or amazon, or use it to send emails, blackmail etc..

Thanks all. I get it now, I see how it works. The name made me think it was some sort of video conferencing thing, so when I found it was a remote access tool my mind was still stuck in video mode and I just didn't see the point.

OK, as a data security guy, I just need to say that giving someone teamviewer access to your computer is the same as just plain letting them sit down at it. If you don't configure it carefully, then you might be letting them connect any time -- whether or not you're there to watch. Think about things like bank passwords, social security numbers, photos of children, etc. By the time I gave someone this level of access to my life, I'd be marrying them.

Does it put their computer in "slave" mode?
Cuz if so, that's hyper dangerous...letting some absolute stranger grab ahold of your machine is just flat out dumb.

I've seen the requests as well.....haven't a clue what it is....nor do I care to learn.

By the way....just in case no one has told you before.....your head looks like a book.
