(Potentially dumb question, after u fill up, do u go to the toilette or just use the shower drain?) Recommend this or recommend an other product? plz and thanks for all the info in advance.

It's ok probably ideal if you aren't trying to really clean out deep. I much prefer bags (4 quart open top personally my favorite). Much easier to control flow; much bigger nozzle selection. It's easier to get into a comfortable position (being comfortable is critical to holding a lot) when you aren't anchored to the shower head and you have a general gauge of how much you've taken. I would highly advise against using your shower drain. It's going to make more of a mess than when you normally go so having all that in your shower will not be fun.

I have this bag: http://www.klystra.com/store/enema-bags/4-quart-bags/4qt-black-classic-rubber-enema-bag
You'd need to get a connector, nozzle, and hose for it too. Look around and you can find them in sets. Best Nozzles are the 2 balloon silicone kind in my opinion, but eventually they'll break even if you treat them right and they're expensive. Don't bother with cheap inflatable nozzles just get some sort of solid plastic/rubber one if you don't want the expensive inflatable ones. I also have their 5 qt closed bag, but I don't really like it. It's annoying to fill since the hole for it is kind of small.

I've been using the shower shot system for years and love it. You can control the pressure via the valve that comes with the kit. And once its hooked up you can just add a shower head to it and noones the wiser for its actual use. I do deep cleaning with it all the time, just let the flow go slow and after a few flushes you'll notice it takes longer to "fill up" for being totally clean. The downside of any full enema cleans is the potential to retain the water, so its best to go slow and not rush to play till your pretty sure all the water is gone, otherwise "explosive" things can happen. You can empty out in the shower or vs toilet whatever works for you. NEVER EVER USE FULL FLOW ON THE KIT, That will like be highly dangerous if not deadly. Take your time and get to know the flows using the diverter valve and your body.

We also use this system. I like the douche attachment too. The one big warning I would give about any shower enema system is, you need to know how much water you are putting in and the approximate temperature of the water. The good news is its fairly easy to work this out. Temperature should be blood warm. To measure the amount put the head of the nozzle into a pint jug, turn the water valve on slowly and clock how long it takes to get to 8oz. 8oz per minute is what your aiming for. The slower you can give an enema the more you can get in. If it gets uncomfortable stop for a minute or so and then continue. Some people can take up to 70 fluid ounces but I normally go for around 2 imperial pints.

Personally I wouldn't want someone using my shower to evacuate in. They can frigging well hold on and use the loo!

We've never used that type of system. My husband loves the old fashioned way. He also tried several types of nozzles to find the one he liked best. It is Not the one i can use comfortably. I have to reiterate that whatever you use, you MUST control the flow and keep it at a fairly slow rate. Slower is better for best cleansing. Too fast can easily cause a hernia or worse rupture. Take your time and enjoy the ride! My husband likes to claim he just does it to be clean before ass play, but he loves the feeling of the enema too. He describes it as being Dommed from the inside out.
