It's ok probably ideal if you aren't trying to really clean out deep. I much prefer bags (4 quart open top personally my favorite). Much easier to control flow; much bigger nozzle selection. It's easier to get into a comfortable position (being comfortable is critical to holding a lot) when you aren't anchored to the shower head and you have a general gauge of how much you've taken. I would highly advise against using your shower drain. It's going to make more of a mess than when you normally go so having all that in your shower will not be fun. I have this bag: http://www.klystra.com/store/enema-bags/4-quart-bags/4qt-black-classic-rubber-enema-bag You'd need to get a connector, nozzle, and hose for it too. Look around and you can find them in sets. Best Nozzles are the 2 balloon silicone kind in my opinion, but eventually they'll break even if you treat them right and they're expensive. Don't bother with cheap inflatable nozzles just get some sort of solid plastic/rubber one if you don't want the expensive inflatable ones. I also have their 5 qt closed bag, but I don't really like it. It's annoying to fill since the hole for it is kind of small.
