You've been dating him for just a few weeks. That doesn't even make you a couple yet. It makes you people who date each other sometimes and other people at other times. Until you've talked about being exclusive, you aren't.
Beyond that, what you're asking about is rough sex. Many guys can learn that. However it helps if it's already a solid, committed relationship. Because for a man who has spent the last 40 years thinking that hitting a girl is worse than committing murder, it takes a good six months to learn that under certain circumstances, hitting a girl is a good thing. The times it's a good thing is when the female in question wants it and responds positively to it.
Since you aren't sufficiently committed to this guy to spend six months asking him to spank you and being happy when you get three light spanks, and telling him for the next couple of weeks how hot it was, and could he please do it again sooner and harder, you would be better off letting him find someone who thinks that he is the hottest thing possible between the sheets and who absolutely loves and adores him. He deserves better than someone who makes it clear he isn't good enough.
