I wrote an erotic novel called Under Order and I'm promoting it on Amazon for the next two days. You can download a free copy!

It's my debut novel. So far it has gotten good reviews on both Amazon and Goodreads.

The novel is about a young woman who discovers submission and BDSM with the help of her lover, Mark. The coolest thing about this book is that I outline a BDSM-friendly town, and how that might work out.

Status: offline 		I haven't read the whole thing yet, but so far I'm impressed. It's quite well written and thought out. Just a question, not trying to imply any sort of criticism (in fact, if the answer is yes, I think it's a darn good idea). Is giving this first book away a hook to get people to buy others you've published? If so, and if your quality remains as high as it has been so far in this book, I think it'd work out well.

Status: offline 		Amazon allows authors a certain amount of free promotion days. By giving away Under Order, I hope to get more positive reviews, and yes, sell other books as well. So far I"ve given away over 2000 copies and I'm thrilled! It has resulted in just one review on Goodreads, but also lots of positive feedback.

Status: offline 		Just finished reading it a few minutes ago. The ending is... unexpected. I don't know that I agree with it. Certainly something to mull over for a few days. Think I'll drop you a note on the flip side regarding specifics about the plot and ending, if you don't mind.

All in all, it was excellently written, a good story, and I quite enjoyed it. There are a few typos still present, but you get typos even with professionally published books, so no big worries there.

Status: offline 		Yes I've had mixed reactions on the end. I've mixed reactions myself! In the process of writing it, I actually didn't know about the ending until it happened. Words come out. It's very strange.

TYPOS AGHHHHH! If there were any glaring ones, let me know and I'll upload a new version. I tried hard, but as you say, even with the best editors it's hard to publish a book without a typo.

I know most don't have accounts that are kink-friendly on Amazon and Goodreads, but if you do, I'd appreciate a review.

Status: offline 		Hehe, ok, I'll go thru it again and highlight the typos that jump out at me. Is there an easy way to get you a list of where they are? After all it's not exactly a short text. Oooh, ok, gotta go see about getting the sequel, and I posted a review for you on amazon, they're reviewing my review now. *giggle* Recursive text is recursive.

Status: offline 		Don't spend too much time on it. I'm not *that* worried about small typos. Just the ones that are completely distracting. (I'm reading 50 Shades of Grey right now and have been thinking a lot about distracting text and typos, though I'm enjoying the story a lot)

I will, when I get time, go through it again reading it out loud. I've done it about ten times by now but it is freaking impossible to catch everything...
