We're looking for a posture collar with a chin rest or something similar that will be sturdy and hold the head up so that it can't look down. The problem is, my neck is too small for all the ones I have found online. I have a size 12" neck and the the smallest ones I've found only go as small as 17". Does anyone know anywhere that makes smaller ones or knows anyone in the Bmore/DC area that custom sizes them? Any help given is appreciated.

Does it have to be black? The Crystal Collar If it does have to be black this Buckled one is nice, but not as high. I'm adding this Clawed one because I just like it. This one is lovely and are made to fit custom collars Hope this helped.

I've seen those ones and tried them on. While they are pretty and nice, I can bend my head down in them because the boning is usually a flexible plastic. He wants something that is extremely stiff and I won't be able to bend my neck at all. My head will be forced to stay up. We're trying to work on my posture and such a collar would really help me to concentrate more on it by pulling my head up and causing me to pull my shoulders straight. He also likes that I won't be able to see what he's doing below. [8D]

The one on etsy is custom made to order, I'd think you could request one that was constructed of heavier leather in front, or with stiffer boning, or both.

Thanks. That's a possibility. I'll have to ask Master if he likes that design first. If he says yes then I'll email the person and see what they say. Thanks for the info.

How about metal ? That one is a little low. Could it be rubber ? You might, or might not, want to have a look at this one.... do you like things in your mouth ? Back to metal. I find these work rather well.

Oh I almost forgot. If all else fails, try this one looking down is not an option.

The metal one is too low, the rubber ones are too flexible, the one in the mouth may be a possibility if the mouthpiece is removable but also may be a little too low. As for the nose one....cringe....I'm hoping he doesn't see that one lol. He's planning on having my septum pierced so he can add a chain to it so hopefully that one will be too much interference with the piercing heh. <that's what I'm hoping at least> [&:] I have a feeling we'll probably end up having to buy the size 17" neck one and having it resized by someone. We always seem to have problems with leather bdsm equipment.

Okay, I admit it. I can not stand it when I want to help someone and can't figure out how to do it. So the Martha Stewart of home made sex toys in me is screaming now. In a hope of helping you and your master out I'm going to give up yet another link, and an idea. This is a real cervical collar Have him run a collar(chain or leather), and by that I mean something like a dog collar through the back of it and after he has fitted it on padlock it in the front. You could also do some nice crafty, make it pretty, things to if before hand if you wanted to.

Yeah I've also thought of that idea and a cervical collar would definitely do the trick. Here comes the problem....he's impossibly aesthetic. lol and neither of us is very crafty at all. I have thought of buying the cervial collar first just to see if that is what will work and then maybe eventually have someone custom make us one with leather and hooks attached. Sometimes it's so frustrating to find something that you can picture in your head but you have no skills to make it. Blah.

Does he know what he wants it to look like? I can imagine about nine different ways to make the cev collar very pretty. I don't care for the white personally....so that would have to change. Replace the straps that are on it with leather pulls and buckles. You could even hang a pretty little jewel, letter, or someones name in the open space in the front. It could even be covered in leather if you wanted that oh so dead cow look hahaha. Bah, looked at your profile...you are far away. I guess I can't take a run at you with a spray can and glitter [:D]
