I am 49 now and I am finding it difficult to have an organism even when I have gone 3 or 4 day without having one. Any suggestion?

If I was you I'd have my organism checked right away!

On a serious note...as folks get older they may develop longer refractory periods. So don't worry about it, just enjoy one when you want one.

I feel these are sufficient enough facts to diagnose you with Male Orgasmic Disorder.
Or at least point you in a better direction for your answers.

Try not to think about the whole process and don't inhibit yourself early on to last a bit longer. I've kind of always had that issue, and those two things seem to help although not always. Haha, had women tell me maybe I was gay and men tell me maybe I wasn't O.o I've never worried about it too much, but it's annoying when the one time I brought it up to a doctor he acted like it was a good thing (people start to think you're not attracted to them if you last way too long).

How's your overall health? Erections no problem ? Urinary tract working well? You're 49 years old, time for a PSA test, and a digital rectal exam .

Have you seen a doctor? It could be lots of things...low testosterone, depression, an illness....I mean....could be absolutely anything. The only way for you to know is to see a doctor.

Are you on any medications?

Some medications interfere with orgasms.

Talk to your doctor, better yet get a referral to a urologist who specializes in male sexuality.
