1. Why do you need a female? 2. I strongly doubt you would find a urologist that would permit observation, and any that would allow a non-medically trained person to assist in an operation would be risking license revocation.

Depending on where you are, check this out- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reversible_inhibition_of_sperm_under_guidance Vasectomy's only have like a 1 in 300 rate, where as other's have 1/600 rates. Have her talk to her doctor!
