A couple of weeks ago it took several hours for me to get e-mails whenever someone replied to me, then they stopped altogether. I sent a support question but received no reply (but maybe they did and I just haven't received it!).

Has anyone else experienced this? It also means I can't get threads e-mailed to me for saving. I changed nothing in my setup - it just happened.

The only issue I've ever experienced in regards to emails here was I would sometimes not get
the notifications that I had an email sent to my offsite/personal email account.

There have been some changes taking place that have affected other users in different ways,
so perhaps this is just a temporary glitch (even though it's been a few weeks already!)

Sometimes the issues are only targetting a certain browser. Have you tried to see if you are
experiencing the same thing in IE as opposed to Firefox, etc?

I don't see how not receiving e-mails can be a browser issue. I don't use IE as I don't use Windows (Linux). I use Opera by choice, sometimes Firefox, and that hasn't changed either. I can send and receive messages on the site without any problems; it's only getting e-mails that is the problem. I even asked for notification when someone replied to this forum, by again, nothing!

I've tried changing to a different e-mail address and asking for messages to be sent to that, but nothing arrived, so changed back to the original address.

If any of the mods are reading this, could they please look into it?

Check you mail control settings inside of your mail area and make sure the notifications box has not been unchecked. Add Collarme.com to the list of safe senders in whatever email program you use. If this does not solve things, please write Support rather than writing here. Thank you

Checked it before, and checked it again. Even clicked the 'send me all my messages' button there, but nothing.

Just sent the second message to Support. But if I'm having problems receiving mail would I know if they reply? One of the reasons I posted here.
