I came across a profile stating that any sub/slave intrested in being said masters property would be registered... Registered where?? Legally???

No, not legally. There is a website where some people choose to register themselves as slaves. You get a registration number and (I think) a little barcode that you can print out. For some, they see it as a commitment of sorts, for others (like myself) it is seen as a novelty. ~Thorns
