This sounds like...you are excited about all this and are very hungry to experience some of this RIGHT NOW. In other words, "sub frenzy".
Take a deep breath. You will get what you want eventually. If you don't know how to find BDSM munch groups then put a note in my mailbox here and I will look them up for you. Kinksters meet in restaurants once per month and take care not to scare the vanillas. After going to a few you'll be invited to play parties. Yay for play parties and for meeting other kinksters! Just say in your profile what you said here, it spells out clearly what you are looking for. If you want a relationship instead of just a good time, maybe tell something about yourself, your hobbies or whatever.
Have patience, read a non-porn, non-fantasy BDSM book like SM101 by Jay Wiseman (I ordered mine from Ebay or Amazon.com). Protect yourself from STDs, negotiate before a scene and learn about safe calls. Have fun, and good luck with your search.

To OP:
You can go the munch route, and get into the "official scene" to meet your needs.
You can also go what I'll ignorantly call the "vanilla route", and focus more on meeting a man for a relationship (assuming you don't just want one night stands). The first thing I learned is that meeting a kink partner is FIRST about the relationship, just like any other vanilla, THEN it's about the kink. Put up a profile here, with clear pictures of at least your body (face is good too if you're okay with that). Briefly describe yourself just like any other personal ad. And briefly describe what you want sexually. Treat it just like going into any other relationship, only with additional (early) knowledge about their sexual desires, and that you do compliment each others kink or bdsm needs.
This site is absolutely fantastic for all of the above. The site functions better than most paid sites, and there seems to be more real people here. And this other side, the board, is a magnificent resource loaded with many people who have been through this transformative experience. All this said, I have to agree with the advice I received from knowledgeable people here, that it's really best to go out and meet people in person. But this site is a great first step in doing that!
