If you are blocked by someone, can they see your profile if you view theirs.

Yes.

Blocking someone doesn't change the ability for either of the parties from viewing the profiles or showing up on the who is viewing page. Blocking another member only prevents that person from sending you mail.

Thank you LadyPact. It's a feature I've not had a need for, so was unaware.
I suppose I'll go unblock him now.
