Actually if you file as a sex worker you can use any one of those terms to do it. There will just be a lot of explaining to do later. Pain Management however is a medical term that would cause a lot of confusion so it would most likely be best not to use that one.

Given the fact that strippers have successfully claimed breast implants as a work related tax deduction, I'm pretty sure you can claim your devices as work related if you're a pro-Domme.
