I have a relatively large single-family house in Salem MA. I have guests fairly regularly, and I have a family that cleans, but not deeply.
I seek a female who will live in my home, be my personal submissive, and will perform cleaning duties about the house in lieu of rent.
We are not slobs, but we lack the time to do basic deep cleaning that is needed on a daily and weekly basis. We do well with dishes, but not so much on the laundry, sweeping, dusting, and bathrooms. You would be welcome at family meals, you would answer to me and the mistress of the house for cleaning duties, but you would answer only to me as a personal submissive sexually.
We are clean, healthy, responsible, and trusting. I expect you to be this and so much more. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the house. You will not be expected to cook, or clean the dishes, take care of the lawn, feed the pets, or do the shopping. You will be required to dress appropriate to the occasion, be demure or invisible as the situation warrants, and be completely submissive to the Master of the house.
My home is in a very nice and desirable area of Salem MA. We would outwardly appear as a standard household with a room-mate.
Negotiations will start via email and continue by voice and personal interviews.
We will fully negotiate our relationship initially, and we will renegotiate quarterly. The room will be available in May.

You must be fully accepting of all lifestyles.
Sexual activity is a big part of our lives, all household members and guests must be respectful and responsible.
We are tolerant of others, and accepting of all beliefs without judgement.
We expect acceptance, discretion, and respect.
You will maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
You would be welcome at all family meals.
You may cook or have snacks as needed.
You will share a bedroom with the Master.
2 Common bathrooms in the house.
A garden is available for common use.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement for reasonable use. A clothesline outside is recommended in summer for towels and sheets.
Our home is not in perfect shape, but it is comfortable, safe, and secure. You would be expected to maintain the safety and security of the home.
We have a cat and a pet hamster. We do not have bugs, snakes, or mice.
