subpierced -> Prostate massage? (5/4/2012 12:09:58 PM)

I am curious about the practice of prostate massage or "milking." Does anyone know how real it is and where on the internet a demonstration might be? Also, why is it that when discussed on vanilla sites, it is regarded as intense and explosive, while on BDSM sites it is said to be an involuntary discharge and a let down that leaves the slave feeling frustrated?
My personal experience with anal play has never led to any discharge pleasurable or frustrating or other. Another concern i have is that most sites, vanilla or BDSM, discuss it as if there are no risks involved, but a few do. This also seems paradoxical, because those sites that warn of the effects seem to contradict the age-old medical practice of prostate massage for prostatitis, by saying this can actually cause it.
it seems there is a lot of contradictory information on the web (probably should not be surprised) about the human sexual anatomy. Women might have noticed this too for their bodies. There is much controversy over the G, U and A spots. many say that orgasm for women only comes from the clitoris. i have noticed that most women i have been with have only orgasmed this way, but there have been a very few that the G, U and A spots really cause orgasms and multiple at that, whereas those that only cum through clitoral stimulation are usually too sensitive after the first to have any more. I would add though, that the idea that the U spot (region between the urethra and clitoris) as the exterior of an internal shaft that is really part of the clitoris does make sense. Moreover, the A spot seems to be the exact opposite side of this same shaft - much like the relationship between the perineum and prostate in men.
i am also interested in hearing about experiences with female incontinence during orgasm vs. female ejaculation. Women describe the sensation similarly, but i know i have had viscous fluid squirted into my mouth, where i was told she thought she peed, as well as had a woman who really did pee when she came. Some discussions on the web say in both instances it is really the latter. But i know there is a difference.
If anyone has experienced any real life instances of these types of orgasms or been confused about the contradictory info out there, please share your thoughts. i really think people have got to get their info straight and hopefully have much more pleasure as a result of it.

Its very easy to differentiate between urine and female ejaculation...urine contains a substance known as bilirubin (it is the breakdown product of Hemoglobin and it is what gives urine its yellow color)...if the fluid contains bilirubin then it is urine, if it does not contain bilirubin then it is not urine

Welcome, subpierced! Excellent first post asking some interesting questions. At the moment I don't have time to go into details, but you can read my experience with electro-milking my partner here. Having read lots of conflicting information about manual prostate milking, I've chosen to 'milk' exclusively by electro to avoid any potential damage.

Re: how prostate 'milking' feels, it can be made to feel 'explosive' on my partner if combined with erotic stimulation of his penis to orgasm. As you will read from the other thread, I don't always allow this and for various reasons often prefer to just relieve the semen back-up without the sensation of orgasm.

Re: various 'joy' spots on women: as individual as the women themselves, and to make it further confusing, variable at different times on the same woman. For instance pre-hysterectomy, clitoris and g spot was enough for some women. Post-hysterectomy, with the loss of a muscular organ, surrounding tissue and severed nerve-bundles, other added stimulation such as anal might be necessary to get her where she needs to go.

The fun is in the caring exploration of each person, of course.

Again, hello and welcome to the boards. I hope you enjoy your time here.

Thank You MistressDarkArt for sharing Your thoughts on this subject. i am wondering if, just as You say, it varies woman to woman, if the prostate thing varies man to man. i guess, i just can't be milked and have either an orgasm, or a frustrating release. Come to think of it, orgasms just don't feel that good in general. i like giving more than receiving, so i am just glad that the current woman i am with can orgasm over and over where ever i stimulate Her. Again thank you for appreciating my post and sending me the link on how You drain Your slave/husband.

I've had each once - they felt very different. Always emptying my bladder beforehand has prevented the former and I've yet to replicate the circumstances that led to the latter.

I can't help you any with your prostate questions, but you're right about there being a lot of misinformation and ignorance about women's sexuality like you mention here. They actually only a few years ago bothered to find out what the clitoris actually looks like internally. Basically, that the clitoris is actually mostly internal, and its tissue surrounds the lower part of the vagina and urethra. The glans (the external part) is only a small part of it (I suppose similar to the head of a penis). So anyway, basically, that's probably what all of those "spots" really are - a place where the clitoris is being stimulated internally. Um, if you want to see some medical imaging type pictures of the clitoris you can look here: http://blog.museumofsex.com/the-internal-clitoris/

Thanks for that link. My husband and I had no idea, but it explains ALOT!

As for the prostate, we do alot of anal fisting with him. Massaging the prostate while rubbing him to orgasm can cause various different responses in him even. Usually it leads to a huge overall orgasm, but sometimes he doesn't feel the penile orgasm as much, even though it does drip after. I'm unfamiliar with it being dangerous to stimulate the prostate, but then again everything has some risk involved if done improperly or capriciously

BottomsUp4Fun -> RE: Prostate massage? (8/13/2012 12:20:18 PM)

First and only time I had prostatitis, the doctor held a glass slide at my penis and placed his lubed, gloved finger into me and gently massaged my prostate. It had an almost immediate result of a drip of fluid onto the slide. A few days of drugs, and I was OK.

I enjoyed a couple of very erotic prostate massages, that, when as described above, my erect penis was stroked. The orgasm was 'explosive'. However, do some research online and you may find, as I did, that the dangers of such play are not worth the risk.
