Don't walk away. You just need to realize that the Gorean boards are in shambles ATM. As a free site they are contending with Role Players. In all absolute honesty, I wouldn't even justify this person with a response.  I agree with you.  Anyone who thinks this lifestyle is about sex is sorely misguided.  This lifestyle is about power exchange, plain and simple.  The better majority of that exchange takes place outside of the sexual arena.

yes, there are alot, even most who are using this as a meat market and think that bdsm somehow gives them the business to open up a convesation by asking our bust measurements.  But I think...and I hope, that there might be few needles in this crazy haystack.  And when you have a profile with provacative nude photos, it will only invite more of the same attitude that you say you are not looking for.  Im not telling you how your profile should read, or what you should post, Im only suggesting that having those photos up is going to encourage some, or make some feel like they have the 'green light" to come at you in a sexual way right from the get-go. And during our correspondance on that particular topic, I came to see him differently than I did when I first read the response. After being here a while and seeing his sense of humor and his " i calls it as I sees it" style, I find him very funny and pretty insightful.  He often reminds me of the old AA saying " keep it simple".

That is my experience and how I handled it and I am not saying you should follow suit. Personally, I don't want to be at odds with anyone here and if I closed my mind off at the first interaction or posting I read by certain people, I would have a bad taste in my mouth. I also would have missed out on some nice friendships.MB are alot like life in general, sometimes we make snap judgements and later find out we were wrong.
