Pretty, feminine collars can show up anywhere. If one is willing to modify existing stuff, one can come up with some pretty nice things. I have a collar fetish that I'm allowed to indulge, so non-locking peices don't really work for me. I've found, though, that almost any necklace can be modified to accomedate a lock. Try ebay for silver necklaces. Or if you want something fancy, many jewelers do custom pieces. I'm a fan of heavy-linked silver or stainless steel chain. I found some nice stuff at the local bead store. Beaded neclaces are also a fav. for some. I don't get the difficulty in finding nice collars either, but maybe that's 'cause i'm crafty. (Just to brag, the link goes to a picture of what I'm wearing right now. The necklace came from a local Claires accesory store. The charm my Owner bought from an ebay shop. I modified it somewhat so that the lock could be added. (The colors suck. It's actually bright sterling silver) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v613/perverseangelic/2702ed76.jpg )
