I am getting hacked off with the number of fakes on here....

Is it possible to make a 'name and shame' list?

With various list or tariff of how they are fake? blatant pic copying thru to refusing to phone or cam?

I wouldn't mind paying a nominal fee.. ie $2.00 a month on a credit card auto pay or similar. I would think it would make it less likely for those bulk name folks.

Not that someone couldn't get a green dot or similar card. A credit card shows we are at least verified in xyz city. Of course I am most likely missing the amount of coding it would take or something similar.

For every solution I have heard, I've also seen a ramification for that solution. Much of what we do is unacceptable in some manner, in life, with people that might know us, etc. There are a number of people that would not associate their real name to anything of this nature even if they were promised some sort of identity protection. If your name is associated to an account... anywhere, that information could be gotten even if it were only in a legal case and that could consist of a divorce or child custody case, in proving someone unfit or at fault. Few would risk this. Even I wouldn't do it and I am not hiding anything from anyone. My privacy is my concern and I am concerned about certain aspects of it. That should be within my power to control.

Besides... for those actually making money by being here, they could afford a nominal fee repeatedly.

The best bet is to be aware, be careful and don't try to get something quickly or for nothing much and you won't be scammed of faked out. Its a big bad world out there but we don't' need to be rocket scientist to figure out how to move around it as an adult.

I sorta considered this, (I would use a green dot card). The nominal fee forces you to:
1) get a visa or similar.
2) pay the carrying costs of that visa.
3) Load it with the minimum $20 I think.
4) The card could verify the country and sometimes the city.

I do agree with your walk carefully analogy. We usually require proof of life type pics from those who also value their privacy . (a pic of a newspaper from the city they claim to be from, the collar me name written on it and either eyes peeking over the top or similar.)

Not fool proof but.... as to the OP, the mods post of why there is no list is quite convincing. Lots of smart folks on here so my 'brilliant' idea has most likely been examined and found impossible to work in the real world. Reality does have a way of doing that to some of my 'brilliant' ideas.
We have been lucky and meet some wonderful submissives on the site. Some we have visited when we traveled and we actually have started a ltr with one. (something we swore we would never do.. but you don't pass up on the unicorn because it lives in a far away forest).
