These extraordinary high security leg irons are made with heavy solid steel weights built into the chain. Extremely heavy duty, they weigh almost 7.5 pounds. The 4-way pin tumbler locks are covered by chromed steel plates that screw over the keyways. Made for the Chinese government and currently in actual use by Hong Kong Police and the Shanghai Prison.
