HI All, I just wanted to write and tell about a wonderful meeting with another CM’r here. I got to meet CalamidySandra while I am here in Germany. CalamidySandra is from Germany. We met for a nice brunch today at Café Rico in Cologne Germany. She is a very beautiful Domme and she has the cutest little smile! And she is a very good histoirian for the Cologne area in Germany! After brunch she was kind enough to give me a small tour around Cologne as well as a good history lesson on the city. Lucky for me her English is rather good, because my German is rrather terrible! Thank you CalamitySandra for being such a gracious host! I hope we can meet again on my next trip. She did comment that I look nothing like my avatar at all. Sorry for the CalamitySandra! Maybe I will bring some of the rubber outfits next time to help out with looking more like the avatar[8D] Okay, now I can say I traveled 4238 miles for brunch. And it was well worth it!!!

As Mummyman already wrote, we met for brunch yesterday in downtown Cologne. It was an absolute pleasure! He was patient while I reacquainted myself with the public transportation system to get us to our destination, and kind enough to listen to me prattle all through brunch. He is a funny and insightful conversation partner, and helped me out whenever my English failed me. I am truly looking forward to meeting him again. Oh, and yes, he really looks nothing like his avatar. [:D] Which is quite fortunate, as I find his avatar to be on the rather scary side, while the real deal was just an all around good guy.

I really enjoy getting to know people for different cultural backgrounds. I love to hear there view points on things. It was fun to hear CalmitySandra tell me how American some of my habits/experiences are. I've always said its the small things in life that are important. A good co-worker of mine's philosophy on work was your accomplishments will mean very little at the end of your career. What will have a much greater impact is the people you meet and the friendships you make along that way. And that is so true. The interesting part was we talked about everything from Culture, politics, growing up, family and did not even talk BDSM until the last 10mins of our 3+ hour conversation. Remember people, its the small things in life that matter!

Awww that is soo sweet!! Glad your trip was worth it! And I am prolly one of those weird chics but I think your avi is rather hot..pointy ears, white hair and all.
