Hi,
Does anyone knows about Caviar consumption ? The eating of Brown Shower ?
What food should be consumed before, and after ?
Should it be good to get a special medicine to clean up the inside ?
If anyone knows please let me know.

I don't know about any special medicines. I have heard of diet do's and don't's before hand. Done it several times over the past 6 months and have not noticed any health issues.
