It's not something any of is likely to have wondered about, but HERE is a view of the current night time sky and a progressive view of how it will look seven billion years from now. I'd actually like to be able to see it somewhere around the halfway point. It looks like it would be a truly amazing view. If you scroll down on the page there are some footnotes outlining the progression. Enjoy....
