I'm reliably informed by a Domme friend who's just taken up a viciously energetic exercise regime that exercise can completely reshape a woman's upper balcony. Is this true? If so, have women been happy with the results? Myself, I don't think I care one way or another. What you lose on the swings you gain on the roundabouts. Still, women who've exercised may not feel the same.

Depends on what you mean by 'reshape'. And said alterations can be good and bad.

Really? It can go either way?

It's funny. Men have nothing like this on their bodies. What's considered a 'good shape' for any part of a man's body isn't dependent on amount or arrangement of fatty tissue in it. Lose fat on it, and it looks better, and that is that.

As always, I'm glad not to be female. Whilst always liking the look of boobies, I've also always thought they were a silly invention on Nature's part.

Yes. Ever see female bodybuilders? If you exercise the top portion of your body you can make your breasts more firm and high and sometimes smaller. If you don't then they start to sag and get bigger usually.

Female bodybuilders are aiming for extremely low body fat, so they exchange breast tissue for pecs.

Sensible workouts can tone women's back and chest muscles.. resulting in better posture and maybe a more natural breast lift. Some women may or may not lose a cup size from weight loss and/or exercise.

Otherwise there is the extreme of women bodybuilders which leaves them with not much.. but that could be drug related.

Despite including chest exercises such as flies and presses in my upper body workout, I've never noticed a change in my chest, which is fine, cuz my upper body goal is increased strength for for swimming and yoga.

only thing that's gonna change the look and shape of my boobs is plastic surgery ;( They'll get smaller if I lose a little weight (which I am actually managing to do!) but they need to be put back where they belong dammit!

FR

How does this work for women, though? I mean, a woman gets used to her chest being a certain shape . . . then, she does exercise, and it's a radically different shape. A whole cup size is quite a difference, isn't it? Does a woman feel a lot different about her physical shape overall, if her chest has changed a lot?

Got fat, got tremendous boobs. Tremendous, perky boobs, with solid underpinnings.

It was disturbing.

What exercises is she doing, exactly? Breasts are fat, after all, and their size has a genetic component--though not all fat girls have fat girls, as it were. Even when I was thin, I had some cleavage.

A cup size is a tremendous difference...I can't imagine being larger than I am, and I'm only a D.

I suppose because even though breast tissue is similar to fat, there is still chest muscles under it (pectorals & intercostals in particular).

I know when some women lose weight, they lose some off the breasts, but not always.

Yep. I lost 96 pounds and went UP several cup sizes. Since I lost all the fat around my chest, and apparently did not lose ANY breast tissue, there was more boob to carry (all the boobage previously held "inside" my body by the fat, is now "outside," in a bra).

Quite disturbing, actually. When I reach my goal weight I'm looking to get a reduction.

My breasts seem to always change size. During my menses they are larger, when I lose a few pounds, they're smaller. When I gain weight, they're bigger. When I work my chest and back muscles they are toner and higher.

So I have different bras to accommodate my different sizes because I can lose whole cup sizes during the times mentioned.

I have a friend who has lost over a 100 pounds through diet and exercise. She has completely reshaped her body. Unfortunately, her tits, while smaller, are now kind of droopy. She is going in for a breast lift tomorrow

what about guys with man boobs??? those guys usually also have the beer belly and love handles etc and its all fat.. There is this one ad i see promoting insulin for diabetes and there is this dude and he is yammering about how he "is in construction so he has always gotten lots of exercise",.. yeah right,.. except he is sitting there and has an obvious beer belly and that tells me he doesnt do much exercise on his friggin construction job..

I personally think men are similar to women, they can gain fat all over including their boobs, just as they can also get breast cancer like women can.. watch man boobs increase with the trend of increasing obesity.. JMO..

Moobs are just.......gross.

My breasts have certainly changed over the years but not terribly dramatically. Still too big for my personal taste but, because they don't cause any health issues, they shall remain as nature intends. I do not notice a huge change due to exercise and weight loss.

Okay, certainly weight, in and of itself, can be related to bra size for most women.

Cup size is determined by taking the difference between the under the breast measurement and the breast measurement. So if one loses body fat, it would be my guess that you would lose more underneath, than the actual breast tissue, which would reduce, but probably not by as much. So it makes sense to me that losing weight you might actually go up in cup size.

But I'm not sure what you mean by reshaping? Do you mean perkier?
