Is it possible for a Switch MAN to have a LTR with one woman where his role is Dom and simultaneously have a relationship with another woman where his role is sub? Is it mentally possible to partake in both roles for an extended length of time?

I don't see why not. But it's really an individual thing for each man. For that matter, for switch women too. It works for some and not for others, just as it works for some of their partners and not for others.

Yes it's very possible. I see it quite often. Just make sure you're prepared for that and can accept it.

It's possible. Getting the ladies to agree with such an arrangement might be another can of worms entirely.

Indeed. I'd be ok with a male switch Top, but not a Dom.
