Status: offline 		Tilt your head back to straighten out your throat. Also act like you're trying to stick your tongue out, which helps get it out of the away and opens your throat. Accept the fact that it's going to make you gag, and try to relax all the muscles in your neck/face.

Status: offline 		This is going to sound very weird but when I was a kid i got strep throat alot and they had to swab my throat. My Dr taught me that if you keep your eyes open you cant gag. It's hard to do but it works.
