Status: offline 		Hi, me and my girlfriend are interested in experimenting with male chastity. However, as we are both new to the scene, we have some questions, which we would be extremely grateful if you could answer.

How do you measure up for it?
What is the best way to keep it clean?
How long are they safe to use for?
What are some good beginner models?
Is there anything else we should know?

I know these are fairly elementary questions, but they are things we need to know about.

And if she can't trust you and needs to lock you up, she's got other problems she should fix first. Primarily, not being able to trust you.

Status: offline 		Medically speaking, you can be in complete chastity indefinitely. What can happen however (and this is rare, mainly due to evolutionary mutation) is after a long time, sperm can leak into the blood stream increasing the likelihood of a blood clot or thrombosis.
On the other hand the body is exceptionally good at balancing itself out and you should have nocturnal ejaculations before that ever happens

Alright. I am going to be nice on this thread today.

1st) what device do you plan to use for Chastity? We are not mind readers. There are many devices.
2nd) Contact the manufacturer of "said" device for sizing instructions. If you are thinking of the CB3000, their website will tell you all you need to know
3rd) Shower daily, wash the area and dry afterwards
4th) How long is it safe to use? Read the manufacturers instructions. Weeks are fine, months too. Years? I think you will want to cum before that.

Yeah, we were looking at the cb3000 range, but I just couldn't find any measuring advice. I emailed them, but haven't got a reply yet.

Obviously you did not read the info from the manufacturer nor did you go to the website for the CB3000. All the questions you asked can and are answered the CB website.

Which isn't necessarily the point of ANY BDSM play.

You could just tell a person not to speak, instead of gagging them.
You could just tell a person not to move, instead of restraining them.
You could just tell a person to be in a submissive headspace, instead of making them kneel and using other such rituals to create such a headspace.

And so on an so on...

Very little of the trappings of BDSM are actually necessary to achieve a direct goal if you trust a person enough to obey... yet at the same time, most all tops/Ds/Ms like to use the trappings anyways because... why exactly again? Oh right... cause the parties involved happen to think it's erotic/hot/sensual/controlling/fun/exciting to do so...

So WHY exactly is there such a stigma on chastity devices and why are people interested in chastity devices told/ask about abstinence and obedience?
And why doesn't a person coming on here asking about rope bondage, or cuffs get asked why they can't just be trust worthy enough to stand still?

Status: offline 		I'm into chastity play only as a temporary thing. I find it wildly exciting, incredibly erotic to not be able to get an erection, until my top releases me. I like the slight weight tugging at my genitals. I have a CB6000S that fits great. The regular CB6000 is for a slightly larger/average penis. It seems, when fitting the CBs, that it's most important to get the ring sizing right, and the spacers. Different sizes of each are included. Even some very well hung guys can fit into the cock cage part of the regular sized CB. Of course if a man's partner is trying to get him into a device it can be difficult, all the handling of his genitals making him get hard. An icebag placed on his sex parts will shrink him down. I find the CB6000s to be easy to wear hidden under clothing.

Can't speak to long term safety as explained above, it's only a temporary thing for me.

I also have a steel tube type device, that has great fetish appeal. It's a little more difficult to get into, but I love the cold steel.

Status: offline 		its day 29 for me in a CB6000's after the inital 1-2 week adjustment period of wearing it, it is no big deal to have it on 24/7 washing and keeping oiled daily keeps things happy down there, it is a erotic kink that goes everywhere with me, now you will have suppressed erections while in it, but not be able to touch or masturbate and have an orgasm until your keeper gives you permission & unlocks you or you are milked while still wearing it

Status: offline 		i had two extended periods in a chastity cage. one was for 56 days in a cb6000 the other was for 35 days in a Birdlock cage. both periods were an interesting experience. what has been said about decreased erections is true form my experiences. at first you get very hard but can't feel it and than the erections become less frequent and softer. it took a few days after release to start having a firm erection. in neither period did i have an orgasm or get milked.

Status: offline 		I never used it myself and i must say that it is quite frightening to me especially because of those two points :
- Some doctors recommends for good prostate care frequent ejaculation (given the vanilla setting i never knew if the orgasm itself plays a part in that). I even been advised a daily one, but not having it is a risk i am willing to take.
- I read on a forum (i cannot recall which) a post about erectil problem that can result from long chastity, the erectile function is natural and preventing it seems to cause arm to the implied vessels

On a more personal point of view i prefer the chastity without the device, making each occasion a willing act of surrender to my Domme will. I understand some people can find the devise exciting, but for me the permanent act of denying my own urges is even a biggest turn on (eventually sending me into an infernal circle ...)
