Status: offline 		I Am looking for a case on a legal matter. I am curious if I can find such a file online if the trial has not yet concluded. Where would I go to find it, and what information do I need to have in order to look it up.

Status: offline 		Case file dockets for ongoing cases usually require a trip to the clerk of the court. Other than that, you can find what the local paper has printed on the case.

Lexisnexis.com, westlaw.com (believe it or not...an amazing service....google.com).
