Gov51 -> Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 4:04:44 PM)

How does one get rid of the burning sensation inside the rectum when having anal sex? Is this just a case of not enough lube?

heartfeltsub -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 4:49:36 PM)

Although i have anal sex most of the time, the only painful sensation isn't really a burning per se, but rather an tightness before the anus has time to adjust in size, so i'm not quite sure what you mean by a burning sensation.

Very good question..and I hope you get an answer so I know also.

I always here ppl say how much they enjoy anal..but I never have.. it always hurts and burns.. so I know exactly what you are talking about.  I try to relax..and always use lube..but it's still there.

I would love to have that enjoyment from it that so many get.  ugh!

If it is anything like the burning sensations that I have experienced, it is because it is the wrong lube.  Do you have sensitive skin?  If so, you may have to due some comparison shopping for lube.  By small amount of a few and experiment.  Watch out for those that are heavily scented or flavored.  Good luck.

Gov51 -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 6:14:53 PM)

Well it's hard for me to explain (never experienced it)

But with girls I've been with usually don't mind the slight pain but always complain about the burning sensation. Wanted to find out how I can avoid this, so it'll be more enjoyable for her.

I apologize.  Did not realize that your partners were the ones with the skin problems...what lube are you using, if I may ask?

Gov51 -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 6:38:17 PM)

We've tried several, saliva, vaginal cum, KY, astroglide

mnottertail -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 6:43:36 PM)

oragel, oil of cloves, benzocaine ointment
anyone helps.

Oh, yeah......and take it easy with that big hot rod lincoln.......people are very used to deposing the poopshoot but somewhat reticent to impose upon it.  Angles can make a difference as well, perhaps ask for some help in position, speed and ambiance from the object of your love.

Ron
PS. I ain't kidding, now.

those are fairly non stinging so perhaps you are not using enough.  Aftercare is also especially important as mnottertail pointed out.

He is so right.  Keep in mind that you are stetching something much further than it is accustomed to.  In a similar vein, Master and I have been working towards fisting and were a little to aggressive recently.  Not enough lube and a little more than I was ready to accept easily.  As a result I was burning and raw for days.

Good luck and just be patient and understanding with the lady.  It sounds as though you already are.

Actually i react very badly to both K-Y & Astroglide. serious burning sensation. to the point of a trip to the ER for chemical burns.  Saliva doesn't work worth a darn after the first couple strokes so ya tht's not really going to work well. Same with vaginal lubricant. it breaks down fast.

For anal i found the silicone based ones work the nicest. Go to your local toy store and talk to them. They usually have testers that you can buy or try there. Take your partner and seee if she reacts to anything. or buy the lil testers and try them.

Just a thought.

I'd like to add a suggestion if I may.
I use this technique when doing strap on play. Let your partner guide all the movement; let her back onto your lubed johnson. Don't move,  just let her EASE onto you at her own pace. That  should prevent any stretching or tearing of anal tissue. Getting small fissures in there will make almost anything you put in her bottom  burn like fire.
As akisha stated too, some ppl are allergic to certain lubes. I like the silicone ones too...lil thicker, slicker and much longer lasting in my opinion.  Also, I would stay away from K-Y Warming if she's already senstive to lube. I know one guy who had a very severe reaction to it.

Hope the advice I offered helps,
Isis

my slave says that lanolin works the best for her

SweetSubTrisha -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 9:33:54 PM)

I also have experienced that anal burning.. however, not from anal sex.. only from the jelly butt plugs.  I just assumed it was an allergic reaction to them as you may be experiencing from the lube, as was stated before.  I hope you find one that works for you.

Lordandmaster -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 9:43:29 PM)

I was about to write that the burning sensation is caused by the dick entering the ass, but then I read the thread and realized that you people have already figured this out.

tangldupinblue -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 9:47:44 PM)

i have to agree with the above, let her slide her way onto you, its the only way i can do it without it causeing pain.

marieToo -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/8/2006 9:55:40 PM)

For anyone with allergic reactions to lubes, Ive heard that egg white makes for a good lubrication and its all natural.
Ive never tried it, as I dont have a problem with KY, but it does seems very slippery, I would imagine it working well...And no, Im not going to make any crass jokes about fucking real hard to make an omelet in your lovers ass.

mnottertail -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/9/2006 6:49:39 AM)

and that right there is why I may be ok with the take-out, marie.  I am unsure of your cooking methods for the moment.

LOLOL,
Ron

I'm not so sure I'd try this. I don't know for sure it it's possible to for the rectum or colon to absorb the egg white into your system....I do know that those tissue are kind of like vacuums in the way they suck things in. Salmonella would be a concern if that is possible. Maybe someone can answer that from a medical standpoint.

Besides, I think it would be difficult to crack an egg on an ass[:D].

But it might be fun to try.  Someone go get the paddle. :P

All sillyness aside, I personally would not want egg whites in my ass. Even if it would be a natural lubricant, there is always the chance that the egg can be absorbed through the microfissures mentioned earlier in the thread. All it takes is a small tear. Eggs need to be cooked for a reason.

darkinshadows -> RE: Burning sensation when having anal sex? (6/9/2006 10:00:07 AM)

Could be position.  Could be inserting to hard and fast - maybe slow down?
There is a good thread here about anal lubricants that is recent.

Astroglide and KY can cause allergic reactions.  I have never had a problem personally with KY and find it suitable.  But You could try Liquid Silk - that is the only other one that works ok on me and I am extremely sensitive skin and find most other lubes cause terrible discomfort - burning and irritation.

It is always wise to do a test patch on any lube you use for 24 hrs if possible - or overnight - a test patch on the inner arm should be fine or behind the knees as these are sensitive areas.
