Make sure the image you are trying to use is no bigger than 145 x 145.
Also, make sure that once you get the File Uploaded Successfully message, that you press ok,
and then go down to the bottom of the page and press ok again. This image may help you some
on what the settings should be.
Feel free to message me if you are still having trouble, or need the image resized. I'm happy to help.
