I'm so hot for your trainer...

I think you need to give him a nick.

Have you tried Glucosamine and Chondroitin? It's helped me a lot.

can I just buy this over the counter at a health food store?

^^^This^^^ I have found that Osteo Bi Flex work best for me with the MSM and or HYALURONIC ACID in it. I had surgery after a car accident and have had trouble for years. This really helps the pain and stiffness from arthritis. It takes a while to build up in your system, but is well worth the wait.

I had terrible knee arthritis due to a car accident some years ago. Doc says get ready for knee replacement surgery. Yuk. Studies have shown that Glucosamine and Chondroitin actually thickin the cartilage inside the joint. So I take the therapeutic (higher) dose for three months each year and that takes care of it. The pain goes away until the next year. No need for $urgery.

I use osteobyflex tablets...
