Dontchya hate it when you are trying to intimidate someone and it turns out they are a Lawyer?

I am not trying to cause a dialogue on animal rights or gun ownership (which incidentally are both things I support) but rather just thought I would post an example of how funny it is when your intimidation attempts are met with knowledge.

I would also note, personally, I respect most police officers but as any group, there are assholes... when I worked as a courier after hours and was responsible with keys, alarm codes. etc for over one hundred locations, I found myself interacting with police a lot. Almost all of them were polite and not an issue to deal with, a few thought quite a lot of themselves and we actually had more heated discussions...

Though I might change my view of gun ownership in PA after this... wow.

Lawyer is the title they get no matter what school or their standing in the class they have. A 2.51 gpa still graduates.

That is fine, I suppose my point is it was amusing to see someone standing up while getting bullied by a police officer. Being polite, not getting upset and listening to the police officer either changing his story or making shit up while he goes along. Though if you have never had the experience of a police officer trying to bully his way through a situation before, then I suppose it would hold little interest to you.

I really don't like the endless talking but
I absolutly hate liars, trying to run her over,
swareing at them, the whole situation is
just ludicrous...
Even though I use to target shoot for a sport,
I would never shoot a animal for "sport"...
I have no idea what types of guns they were
shooting at the pigeons but he came out with
a shotgun... Where is the sport in shooting a
fucking pigeon with a shotgun.

Cops are awesome.

I'm not one, been arrested more times than I care to remember....they're there for you and I.

Most are fabulous.

God Bless the cops!

Not me... just a video I found.
Though when I worked courier after hours I had lots of fun with the police. They were curious what I was doing leaving businesses after hour
and they had to have an excuse to pull you over, their favorite excuse with me was, "Your licence light is out". One night after hearing it for the third night in the same shift, I got out of the car and told the cop to prove it to me...(the older Subaru had the licence plat under the and behind the bumper) so I had one cop with his hand on his gun behind me and the other one on his hands and knees looking at the licence. When he told me well, it isn't visible from fifty feet, I informed him it was an OEM light and therefore legal.

I had another officer hold me for 30 minutes in a parking lot and once he got belligerent, I got out of the car told him to ticket me, arrest me or get the fuck out of my face so I could get back to work and walked to the office building door, punched in the code and left him standing there.

Most of the officers I dealt with had been polite but now and then you get ones who are impressed with their badges. I thought this video was an example of that type of bullying.

ETA: I stopped counting when I was pulled over my 100th time working that job...

When I was stationed in Ft. Hood, TX, I got so many bad tickets (that all got tossed out of court) that the MSG who was the clerk of courts learned me by face (out of 40K soldiers stationed there).

I never did figure out what the heck was up with that (and neither did I have to pay all of those tickets). Apparently the MPs couldn't be bothered to learn what the laws they were enforcing actually were.
