Greetings! First off, I hope that this post is in the right place. I'm not frequent to forums by any means. Anywhom, onto the topic. My fiance is very much interested in getting his nipples more sensitive, and possibly his breasts enlarged. Currently he is just a normal guy with a flat chest, and he does not feel pleasure from his nipple area when played with. He wants to feel the pleasure that a woman does when her breasts are played with. He has done a little bit of his own research online and found sources for pills, creams, and other products for male breast enhancement. I was curious if there were any effective, proven, reliable method for this? Perhaps any daily activities or adjustments in day to day life that can help enhance breast sensitivity? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I would also love to hear about anyone who has done anything similar any anyone who can share any similar experiences or stories. Thank you for your time!

Nipple piercings. I dated a guy who had a nipple ring and playing with it was one of the fastest ways to make his eyes roll back in his head from pleasure.

Interesting suggestion, although I'm not sure he'd want to get his pierced, it's always an option though! Thank you. :)

I would suggest he talk to a doctor. Does he want tits like a girl or just male pecs? If larger male pecs then tell him to start lifting weights. As for the sensitivity issue, I would tell him to ask his doc about it, just to rule out any medical issues.

Talking to a doctor is a very good suggestion but as he does it he should keep in mind that not all women get pleasure from having their breasts played with. It varies person to person so there is no way to say for sure that he will ever get that kind of pleasure of out his.

Talking to a doctor about it...? Hmmmm, well, whenever he would be able to do that (neither of us have regular doctors), how would one normally go about bringing up that sort of thing to a doctor? I don't think either of us have had much experience talking with doctors, especially about something that's purely for pleasure. Is it normal to ask a doctor about kink stuff like that?

I would advise against medications just for the sake of making his nipples more sensitive. That's a dangerous game to play that can have a lot of other unwanted consequences just for that. With him wanting bigger breasts, makes me wonder if he's hiding things though? If he has gender problems, then maybe talking it over/seeing a therapist/pursuing treatment would be good for him. That's a big if though.

Well, if he starts taking female hormones, one of the effects will be breast growth and sensitivity. Obviously, that's just a side effect - does he want to live his life as a woman?
