Go to the other side of the site, where your profile is listed, and scroll to the very bottom,
in the center area you will notice a few links in blue, one of them being Support.
Use that link to discuss what you're having troubles with.
There is also a very knowledgeable poster that has offered assistance to others with technical issues.
Perhaps if you could explain what issues you are dealing with, he will come along with some answers for you.
