In all honesty, I can appreciate the idea that the OP wants to warn others of dangers, as he sees them. It's a nice sentiment. But OP, consider your audience here...kinky adults. Adults who don't want or need to be spoken down to. And despite your altruistic approach, it is very much coming across as condescending. No offense, but that is why you are getting such negative responses here.

Once he's finished beating my ass until it bleeds, clamping my nipples, biting my shoulders and sticking his dick in my ass, I promise I'll tell him I can't drink his pee because it's dangerous.

not sure...if you were wearing spongebob underpants, I think we might have.

BTW - do you want the pants back? I've wiped most of the carrot off them...

Errrrmmmm...that's not grout

You might want to wear gloves. Really hefty, thick ones.

...and then visit your doctor. Just in case.

I feel this needs to be said. People of the kink, please do not swallow poop or pee, lick shoe soles, or anything else that could lead to disease or death. Your health is the most important thing you'll ever have, and there's no guarantee you'll recover, so always take preventative measures and use common-sense. Two minutes of pleasure is not worth your life. I know your fetishes are sexy to you, but you need to understand that sometimes things are best left to the imagination.

It did not need to be said. In the quoted form, it probably shouldn't have been said. Yet it was. So...

I've done all three of the above. I've also done other things that could lead to disease or death, most notably driving a car, which is pretty much the biggest risk factor in my life at the moment. I pick my risks in life, as life itself is a known high risk activity. One of the ways I've chosen to deal with risks, is to educate myself about them. I take it you were hoping to educate with your post, but you failed rather miserably at it, while the presentation made the classic mistake of using a format which only raises people's affective thresholds such that whatever you say ends up not registering in any productive way.

Urine is not a major concern compared to giving head, assuming the recipient has normal kidney function and ensures good hydration. Feces are a greater concern, but the resident gastrointestinal microbiologist has indicated the matter (pun intended) is unproblematic in fluid bonded couples when the stool is of normal consistency. Exceptions are always possible, but running for the hills is not indicated. I would note that both cases are impacted by the use of medication that is excreted with some fraction in active form (e.g. amphetamine use at therapeutic dosages will put from pharmacologically relevant amounts of the drug into a human urinal, typically from 1mg to 5mg per use of the recipient, if memory serves).

I'm inclined to assume orogenital contact tends to precede orourethal or oroanal, rendering many risks "already taken".

As for licking boot soles, I haven't looked into it, but I've seen kids try to eat their shoes in kindergarden without any ill effects as a rule, and kids have been eating dirt as long as humans have been around (it even appears to have some beneficial function), which animals of various kinds will also tend to do from time to time. Unless one is walking around in very odd places, the average pair of shoes/boots are unlikely to pick up a whole lot of anything interesting for the s-type to lick off later. I'm going to permit myself the assumption that most dom/mes will clean off major messes in other ways. The main organisms of realistic concern are clostridium and some rare parasites, as far as I know. I would avoid stepping in puddles and licking the still wet sole, as a wild guess precaution.

This is all when dealing with the soles of boots, used for walking in daily life, but not used on a farm, in a zoo, or the like. Licking the rest of a boot should be fairly unproblematic in the grand scheme of things, I think. Probably not a bad idea to lay off when one has bleeding or sores in the mouth, but the gums are more likely to be a concern than the tongue. The human tongue has pretty direct drainage to other sites in the body, good circulation, and happens to have had about a million years of evolution to prepare it to be our first contact with the harsh realities of the biowar battlefield known as Mother Nature.

The tongue can probably stand up to a pair of pumps or boots. All manner of pun intended.

As for all three, the human gastrointestinal tract evolved to process a wide variety of food and drink, most of it full of bacteria, fungi, virii, parasites and the like. This is why it has an immense exposure to the immune system with good circulation and usually fast healing. There are early warning systems starting with the pharyngeal region which prime the later stages to deal with what is coming. In short, it is the most robust persistent tissue we have. Skin is more robust, but only by virtue of sloughing off bit by bit and having only a dead sacrificial layer exposed to the environment. Also, if you still have your appendix, it will hold a reserve of a healthy flora to reseed the intestines if they are temporarily overrun. The natural flora is benign, and it will use up any nutrients your body doesn't absorb, leaving very little for hostile foreign flora to live off, much as some passive water filters do.

This is not to say one cannot have complications, only that the risks are entirely dissimilar to a loaded gun to your head, and that said complications are likely to be manageable by modern medicine in most cases. I am sure there are cases of people getting ill or dying from such things, but I would be surprised if the numbers exceed deaths by lightning strikes. Don't eat or drink out of a public toilet and you will usually be fine, is my overall impression, though you may learn some harsh lessons along the way if you don't actually read up on what you're doing.

Perspective is important: driving to a munch is probably a higher risk than licking every sole there (phonetic pun intended).

IWYW,
— Aswad.

Disclaimer: This post is not a substitute for risk aware kink practices. It's also got a cup of humor and a pinch of snark. Tastes differ.

LOL Are you actually trying to justify your stupidity, Dr Kink? This place is better than Springer.

Oh honey, don't even bring that multiple personality sock puppet thing up. Gave me the heebie jeebies. I was brand spanking new to the site when that stuff was stirring up. I got such bad vibes from the puppet profiles, and the supposed people behind them, that I didn't dare answer their posts (after 1 or 2 tries), or contact them, and I could not make sense of why others would, and just continue to feed into them. I figured there was something wrong with me, that I didn't "get them," like others got them. I'll tell ya what, I'm glad I didn't. What a bloody fiasco that turned into, and what destruction left in its wake.
