I have lived in Austin Texas since March 2010 (longest I have ever lived in a city/town since I turned age 18 - I'm age 53: I was kinda like a drifter; never stayed in city/town for longer than 2 years - i was the roaming gnome); basically stable.
Separated from wife late March 2009
will divorce whenever i can
she is in los angeles
i am hoping the VA will start the Anger Management group soon
until then, will try to get an appointment with a psychologist
I am resuming volunteer work at the Capital Area Food Bank
Avid Oakland Raider fan even though they suck; became a fan in 1972, when the Raiders were Dominant; Dominant up to the mid 80's then sucked ever since.
am computer savvy;
in the future, i hope to a few IT Certifications
I finally feel good about myself
I am almost to the point of being optimistic
I realize I cannot have any form of external success while
in emotional bondage
once i heal on the inside, and no longer in emotional bondage
my external goals will be reached
