When I started making steel fetters, craftsmen like me were all there was if you wanted a slave collar or a pillory. Now there are factories making the standards, but if you want something made just the way you want it, you still have to go to someone who hand builds every piece to order.
I've been sent engineering standard plans, but I can work from a vague description or a porn illustration. I've made unique cock cages, gold and iron Story of O rings, copies of devices in Gord and Bishop drawings, and a collar pretty enough that it could be permanently locked onto the slave (and only those who knew what to look for could see the words I BELONG TO MY MISTRESS hidden in the leaves and vines of the decoration.)
