I got curious and did a test.

Some people thought I was much closer to them than I am.

I decided to see how far I am to myself. I see myself in my own state if I leave the distance field blank but when I put in any distance I vanish. I checked and my zip code is correct. I am more than 250 miles from my own town?

Does anyone know how to fix this.

I've noticed similar oddities...some people on the other coast are noted as being within a mile of me, while people downtown are listed as 250 miles away.
