What's in it for them? Most women aren't into adult baby because they've had enough of dealing with diapers with real babies. The women who are into it tend to charge a lot.

An online female Master that'll clean up his online bottom and powder it with online powder? Wtf? Wouldn't anyone in real life discover that the OP doesn't look like his picture?
