You seem to be under the misapprehension that all 3X people...spend all day long stuffing their face, unlike "people who take care of themselves", as well as scarfing junk food and never exercising. To the contrary. Most fat women I know, and I am including myself on that list, don't eat seconds, avoid junk food, exercise, and have been on more diets than you can ever dream of.
I refuse to be angry at myself for being fat. My last meal was two mugs of sugarless tea, a homemade bean, cheese, and salsa burrito, a dill pickle spear, and a small banana. (Not a gallon of soda pop, a huge bag of Doritos, a large pizza with all the trimmings, and most of a chocolate cake.)
Hate to say it, but some things in life make certain body types put on weight, among them are pregnancy, going on anti depressants or anti-anxiety meds, living to be over 40 years old, and sometimes...even getting lymphoma and having chemotherapy will pack on the weight. (I wish I had the body I had when I was in my teens and twenties.)
I am glad for you if you are lean and limber, and yes, I will have to admit to being a bit envious. Alas, I have too many injuries from having lived an eventful life...and these get in the way of doing my favorite exercises. I have to do what is within my capabilities so I do not sustain further injuries. Weight gain can begin with a fall downstairs, I broke my back in two places that summer. Sometimes it can result from a motorcycle accident (screwed up my right knee then). I cannot even get up and down from the floor to do my old longtime favorite exercise program, and have destroyed my past bed by doing my leg raises and crunches etc. on it.
Instead of whining about what you don't have, why not see the glass as half full instead? You are in good physical condition and are not overweight...all of that exercise you did took patience, right? Why not use some of that patience to search for the right partner. She will come along eventually. In the meantime, why rest on your laurels? Do more self improvement...take classes on cooking healthy gourmet food...and...study a book on good manners. Your local library or Amazon.com should have several to choose from.
IMHO, having good manners and kindness of spirit...are more important than physical beauty. The outer wrapper is just icing on the cake.
If you happen to be in my area and wish to provide a free service to all Dommes (to improve the "quality" of Dommes available within the BDSM community)...like...physical therapy to get over sports' injuries, etc., low impact exercise, gourmet cooking, free corset making...well then I'm all for your offering your services. Hell, I would do more exercise every blessed day if I got a top quality, lovely corset every other month out of the deal.
Btw, some education here. Life isn't as simple as it appears on paper. When I was on a doctor supervised 1000 calorie per day diet for six weeks, I lost zero pounds. I should have been losing weight like crazy, as supposedly I was supposed to be eating 4000 calories per day just to maintain the poundage I was already at. When I used to go walking three hours per day for the exercise of it (I was homeschooling my autistic son and the long walks we took helped to burn off some of his energy), as well as going up four flights of stairs several times per day, and I was also on a no-fat vegetarian diet without sweets during this time...for 2-3 years...I lost no weight. I was physically fit though. ;)
I am NOT physically fit right now.
Another thing to do other than complaining... Why not start an exercise thread here at CollarMe where people check in daily after having done, or skipped, their exercise for the day? Even stating how many of whatever exercise they did? If you have experience in this, you may even give realistic, helpful suggestions. I would drag my sorry ass into that thread and leave posts...but not if it is all about negativity instead of inspiring people to do better.
Anyone can identify a problem...it's coming up with workable solutions that's the bitch.
