okay, so he remembers beating the crap out of her AND strangling her, but not if he had sex with her corpse? yeah...sure.

That is absolutely horrifying. The victim was a gorgeous mother, and he butchered her to death!

That Pastor was a demon! I pray he gets the Death Penalty!! If there's a God above he will suffer torture in hellfire for what he's done. Eternal damnation.

Sick, sick, sick, repulsive, disgusting criminal. He never changed. He was always a murderer. He can wipe and wipe he can't wipe the blood off his shoulders.

That's one of the things I always love about Lucifer, he never really NEEDS to influence human beings to evil, we do it just fine on our own. This man will be punished to the fullest extent of the law, I'm sure.

I can tell you for a fact that he won't get the death penalty. Not because he doesn't deserve it, necessarily, but because Michigan doesn't have it as an available punishment.

Don't be so sure about this. He confessed, according to the story. That usually counts for some leniency in the courts. I do think he'll be in prison for a long, long time; whether he gets the maximum is a different story. It's a heinous crime, though.

This is why even the best lawyers can only tell their clients that the odds of a court's deciding in their favor are 50-50, it's far too uncertain what will happen.

Not necessarily. Last year here there was a trial for a man who raped and murdered a nine year old little girl. One man got the death penalty but her step father who participated pled out for a much lesser sentence. Myself an many others were absolutely disgusted. He helped in the rape and murder of his own step daughter and got 11 years in prison.
