My own guess is that it is not so much support for Obama but a total distaste towards Mitt Romney. The whole image of Romney probably scares Maher: the Mormon, the successful super-rich confident business person. Hollywood rich people do not live in the same country we do. The economy, the everyday struggle of the average American is not what they care about.

I don't know,a Romney Presidency would be as Bill says comedy nirvana....he could fire his writers and still do the show.

Oh thank you so much for your advice Dr Phil. If only everyone had someone like you to look up to and set an example for how we should all live our lives. Why don't you write book with the step by step process on how to be a decent human being just like you, then the whole world can get in on it and everything will be all candy and nuts. Who else should we denounce by the way ? I'll need a list. Maybe Rush Limbaugh should be number one on the list as I'm sure he gets under your skin just like Coulter. Take a couple more shots of Jack while you think about it and wash it down with some Koolaid.

Funny, that those on the right, must take issue with people paid to make other people laugh...Maher, Stewart etc.... We on the left, have to find humor in the Limbaughs and Hannity's due the absurd amount of seriousness that the right takes in what they say....and they aren't paid to make us laugh, they just do...

I do understand the theory of inoculation. Yes, you give someone a little bit of the disease and it fools your body into providing antibodies which fight it. Brilliant! Bravo! Maybe there is some occasions where inoculation is a wise thing to do. I hope not. I hope I would never have to have one because, you know, to present it just as this genius medical advancement, no, it's actually a risky medical procedure that begs long term cost-benefit analysis.

He, personally, does not believe in vaccinations. Remember, the Lancet, which was supposed to be one of the leading publications on health, didnt retract the article until 2010. Up until then, even the medical community was arguing the efficacy vs harm.

All those clips were 2009... before the retraction and court case. What has he said recently?
