Welcome to the forums. This area is for discussion and personal ads are generally frowned upon, just fyi. To answer your question about how to maximize your chances of finding the woman of your dreams, I suggest the following:
Make sure your profile is filled out and that it includes your vanilla interests as well as your kinky ones.
Talk about who you are as a person, your core values, and what you want in a relationship.
If a sense of humor is important to you, use your profile and journal to demonstrate yours. If she laughs at something you said, you're ahead of the game.
When you email someone, mention something she says in her profile so she knows you've read it.
Stay away from talking about kink straight out of the gate. Women tend to like to get to know you before we start talking about sex/kink.
Take part in discussions here. There are quite a few members who met their respective partners on the forums. There's also IRC and video chat, but I don't have any experience with those so I don't know how many meetups have taken place.
