First, the potential slave you are contacting is a person first, and a slave second. You, as well, are a person first and a Dom second. Let her know that you recognize who she is as a person, and that you don't just view her as a potential object for your amusement, and you will get much further.

How much success were you having with that? What I mean by that is perhaps it was a different type of site that was more focused on just sexual encounters and that method may have worked there. I'd be really surprised if it would work on this site.

Since English is a second language, you may not realize that the word "text" instead of "message" might pose problems.
I am going to recommend that you remove the word "text" from your profile. Many men try to get you to text or chat offsite and it is a big red flag (to me) if a guy wants me to text him before we have built up any type of dialogue. As a women, I don't want to text someone I don't know well because then he has my cell number.

I think it's mostly cultural difference, I've lived in Europe 17 years and there is definitely a difference per culture.

My advice;
-If you want to meet lots of new people
Check out the profiles and posts of people with your same interest in the culture you are to get to know how it's done in that culture.
Do a similar thing with the people you are hoping to connect with.

-If you are very particular about what you want.
Just state clearly and boldly who you are and what you want, and don't worry about conventions. There will be less responses, but the ones you get will be nearer to what you are looking for.

No replies in the first days.. don't worry, like everything...it's a numbers game.

I want to add that make your message personal, rather then SPAM like, where you at best just insert her/his name in the generic message. It took my Sir actually about 4 messages to give him my phone number. His first line was "hi, I'm interested, are you?". I liked it so much, because it was short, straight forward, and polite. Humor is always a good start as well. Good luck!

First, Loomie, good on you for your responses here. You'd be amazed at just how many ask for help and then get rude when people say, "we'll, this and this and this".

I agree with those that said replace "text" with "message".

Tell a bit more about you as a person and what you're seeking so that when females check out your profile they can get a feel of your personality.

As to why you're not getting more responses, others have answered other great details so ill just add that you need to become comfortable with the fact that even with the best message you may not get a lot of responses. It's a fact that you're not going to be the right person for most people, so they are going to read your message, maybe check out your profile and say to themselves "not really what I'm looking for".

Like in the vanilla world finding the right match can take time.

Keep a good attitude, be friendly (in messages, on the boards here and Fetlife, and try some local real-time events), and give it time.
